Job Details
Full-time position at a family-owned ranch near Cody, Wyoming and located in the Shoshone National Forest. Position entails the oversight and management of three ranches that employs a team of approximately 12 people. The team is responsible for lawn care, irrigation, heavy equipment operation, carpentry, equipment maintenance, building maintenance, and overall residential and agricultural property maintenance. While the position primarily entails oversight and management, the manager is also expected to assist the team in the field at appropriate times. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of ranch management experience; be reliable; have a strong work ethic; be able to perform individually and with a team; be a self-starter; and, enjoy working outdoors. Benefits include health, with optional dental and eye; paid-time-off; and 401k with employer matching contribution. Living on ranch grounds is a requirement of the position, and housing will be provided. Compensation is based upon previous experience.
