Are you ready to immerse yourself in the beauty of nature while contributing to the daily operations of a thriving buffalo ranch? We are seeking an experienced carpenter to join our team. This unique opportunity to live and work in a picturesque, remote setting, with living arrangements provided on-site is rare. This position offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects, contributing to the development and maintenance of our facilities.
As a creative builder, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures. You will work closely with the ranches owner in updating and improving the ranch building improvements.
Responsibilities as follows but not limited to:
-Read and interpret plans and specifications.
-Construct and install new construction, repair of structures for homes, barns, and shops.
-Perform rough carpentry, trim, and finish work.
-Maintain a clean, organized safe work environment, including proper care of tools and equipment.
Requirements:
-Minimum 15 years’ experience in carpentry.
-Skilled in the use of hand and power tools.
-Physically able to perform tasks defined and work outdoors.
-Possess’ Reliable transportation and a valid driver license.
-Strong attention to detail, quality craftsmanship and a commitment to safety.
-Flexibility to work weekends and adjust hours as needed.

-Very comfortable, on site-housing living arrangements provided.
-This position is suited for individuals, potentially couples only, -no children, but this condition could be discussed.
