Zans Bar Ranch is looking to hire 5 exceptional wranglers for our summer crew. Imagine living and working in the most beautiful part of the Rocky Mountains. We are a small, family owned and operated Dude Ranch in Granby, Colorado. We have had 21 successful seasons and we are excited to add our 22nd!
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is someone who is outgoing and loves to be around new and fun people everyday. Our ideal candidate would be able to stay for the whole season (May 15th- Oct 1st)
- 2+ Years riding
- Experience in Colt Starting
- Experience in Hay delivery
- Can Operate Equipment such as tractors and skid-steer
- Love for all animals
- Basic cooking (we cook for guests on longer rides
- Preferably ranch hand experience
Housing
Housing is provided! The housing on site has been completely remolded and updated with the nicest showers, bathrooms and sinks.
Housing is bunkhouse style but there are only 2 people per unit. Male and female housing is separated.
Meals
Working at Zans Bar Ranch isn’t just a fun and exciting time but you will be well fed! Our chef has been with us for 5 years and prepares only the best cooking available out here. Breakfast to start the day, hour long lunch to keep you fueled, and you’re always welcome to dinner
Pay
Pay is DOE (Depending on Experience). We start everyone out at $10/hr and you will keep every dollar you earn in tips. Opportunities for wage increases will be presented to each employee during the season.
How to Apply
To apply as a summer Wrangler for Zans Bar Ranch please email a 3-5 minute riding video. In the video we would like you to demonstrate proper saddling, mounting, and riding.
