Job Details
We are a mid-size boarding facility in central Texas. We have been operating since 2020 and currently have 23 client horses. The operation is rapidly growing and is expecting to fill to capacity (40) horses by September.
We are seeking a self-driven individual with good experience to join our team.
You will work 6 days a week. We are flexible if you need a weekend off.
Ideal Candidate
- 2+ Years Ranch Hand Experience
- Experience with a boarding facility
- Can maintain ranch equipment such as tractors, side-by-side, ATV, etc
- Can service the above listed equipment
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs
- Ability to work in the Texas heat
- We do offer riding lessons so any experience with giving lessons will be a bonus
Housing
Housing is bunkhouse style. It is an entire trailer 3 bed 2 bath. You will have your own living space with a shared kitchen, bathroom, and living room.
Pay
Pay is DOE.
